Locate and open the "Email" or "Gmail" app on your Android device. If you haven't set up any accounts yet, you may be prompted to add an account.

3. Choose "Other" or "Personal (POP3)":
Select "Other" or "Personal (POP3)" as the account type. This option is usually at the bottom of the list.
4.Enter Your Email Address:
Enter your full email address and tap "Next."
5. Choose "POP":
Select "POP" as the account type. The incoming server settings for POP3 are:Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 995
Security Type: SSL/TLS
6. Enter Your Username and Password:
Provide your full email address as the username and enter the corresponding password. Tap "Next" when done.
7. Enter Outgoing Server Settings:
If prompted for outgoing server settings (SMTP), enter the following details:Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 587
Security Type: STARTTLS
8. Set Up Sync Options:
Choose your preferences for how often you want the app to check for new emails and whether you want notifications. Tap "Next" when done.
9. Finish Setup:
Give your account a name (e.g., Work Email) and enter your display name. Tap "Next" or "Done" to complete the setup.
Remember: Ensure that you use your full email address as the username and the password allocated to that specific email address. Additionally, make sure to use SSL with port 995 for incoming mail and StartTLS with port 587 for outgoing emails. Using the same settings for both incoming and outgoing servers is a common configuration.
